This 1-hour motivational seminar offers delegates knowledge and skills in becoming Leaders through Service Excellence.

The seminar will cover the following dimensions:

  • Service Excellence vs. Customer Service.
  • How to get rid of your customers – seven fool proof ways;
  • Turning the moment of truth into ‘WOW’;
  • The six things that customers want; and
  • You can make the difference.

Depending on client needs, the seminar can be run as a three hour interactive work-session. This seminar is aimed at any person or organisation that has a need for advancing their knowledge, skill and mind-set in providing service excellence.

It is presented in-house to any size of audience.

Needed:

The following items are needed during the day of presentation, and must be supplied by the client:

  • Data projector
  • Lapel microphone with new batteries
  • Printed workbook for each delegate. Workbooks will be supplied to client in electronic format and consist of ± 6 pages.

The seminar is presented in an interactive way and participants will have opportunity to ask questions and make comments.
