work-session. This seminar is aimed at any person or organisation
that has a need for advancing their knowledge, skill and mind-set
in providing service excellence.
It
is presented in-house to any size of audience.
Needed:
The
following items are needed during the day of presentation, and
must be supplied by the client:
Data
projector
Lapel
microphone with new batteries
Printed
workbook for each delegate. Workbooks will be supplied to client
in electronic format and consist of ± 6 pages.
The
seminar is presented in an interactive way and participants will
have opportunity to ask questions and make comments.
