has more than 10 years experience in the field of Development, Consulting

Training.
He was a founding member and CEO for the consultation firm DCT Consulting,
and
now runs
his own consultation business - 'Derek Hendrikz Consulting'. Derek is
a specialist
consultant
in the field of Leadership, Management, and Organisational Change &
Transformation.
He offers various seminars, and consultation

related to this field.

a well-respected presenter and motivational speaker, his lively and inspirational

to take action. Derek’s powerful seminars give inspiration to everyone,

Derek
regularly publishes articles in the field of Leadership, Management, and Organisational
Dynamics and has appeared in various television talk shows as a guest member.
His current book "Wizards of Org - The Art & Practice of Post-Modern
Leadership" is due to be released in SA during November 2006. He has
also been the creator of various International, and South African events.
Some of these were, ‘The
Robben Island Diversity Experience’, which during 2002 became known
as the larges International Group Relations event ever to be run on the topic
of Diversity, ‘The National Diversity Indaba’, ‘The Annual
‘Batho Pele’ Indaba’, ‘SA’s Top Gurus’,
and many other smaller ones.
