Gauteng Shared Services Centre (GSSC) Completed: January 2005: ± 240 Participants Diversity Capacity Mentorship Programme. The project included the mentorship of 14 trained diversity trainers and assisting them in the process of training a group of 240 employees of the Gauteng Provincial Government.
South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA) Completed: January 2005 Culture & Climate Audit. This project was the first phase of a Values Rollout project and was aimed at understanding what the organisational stumbling blocks and opportunities would be when internalising an organisational value system. Questionaires, focus groups, individual interviews, and physical audit techniques were used.
P.G. Bison Completed: November 2004 ± 60 Participants Employment Equity Forum Capacity Empowerment Programme. Four workshops were run at the various main offices of P.G. Bison to assist the EE forums to function effectively. The workbooks and programme was customised specifically to P.G. Bison's needs.
Gauteng Shared Services Centre (GSSC) Completed: August 2004: 14 Participants Diversity Capacity Empowerment Programme. The project included the training of 14 trainers and the designing of trainng material for GSSC. The trainers were trained in Diversity Management, Diversity Awareness, and Advanced Facilitation Skills. The purpose was to capacitate them to do Diversity Training on their own throughout the province of Gauteng. A Diversity Awareness Workbook and Facilitators Guide was also developed and licensed to GSSC.
City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality (CTMM) Completed: June 2004 Feasability study for the establishment of a Park Ranger Unit. The project included the drawing up of a business plan, designing of a strategy, negotiating of a cooperation agreement with the Metro Police, and consolidating of previous research done.
MEDUNSA Completed: May 2004: ± 60 Participants Management Development Programme for Middle Managers.The programme included the customisation and presenting of a series of management Skills Workshops for the Middle managers of Medunsa.
WITS University: Woman’s Health Project Completed: January 2004: ± 15 Participants Human Dynamics and Operational Functioning Audit.The project includes interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, physical audit, and the presentation of a well researched report.
SA Mint Completed: December 2003: ± 300 Participants Integrated Organisational Solution on Managing HIV / AIDSProject includes the design and implementation of an Organisational HIV/AIDS Strategy and Policy; sensitising of employees for the process; the testing of employees to determine the organisations HIV status; Organisational Impact Assessment; HIV awareness training; implementation of wellness programme; and comprehensive report.
Department of Water Affairs & Forestry Completed: December 2003: ± 250 Participants Implementation of Diversity Awareness programme within the Department.The project included the training of trainers and the presentation of 3-day workshops to the Departments employees throughout the country.
SA Mint Completed: October 2003: ± 300 Participants Implementation of Diversity Awareness programme within the Organisation.The project included the presentation of one-day workshops to all the organisations employees.
Goldfields Mines Completed: August 2003: ± 40 Participants Implementation of HIV / AIDS Awareness programme within the Organisation.The project included the design of materials, facilitator’s guides, facilitation kits, the training of trainers, and the assessment of trainers.
Department of Health Completed June 2003: ± 45 Participants Facilitation and design of a Diversity Implementation Plan for the Departments North-West Province.
