Making
use of Derek's services require three simple steps:
Step
1: Request the Service
You
can request my services by contacting
us, or clicking on 'Get
Quotation'. Please note that making
a request does not bind you or put you under any obligation
to make use of the service. We still need to reach agreement.
Step
2: Reach Agreement
Once
the request is made, we need to reach agreement on seven
things, namely the cost, the date, the times, the venue,
the outcomes, payment arrangements, and who needs to provide
what.
In
order to simplify this I will provide the client with the
following documentation:
- A
quotation, and a proposal (if required).
- Terms
& Conditions.
- A
one-page agreement, that needs to be signed by both the
client and the service provider.
Once
agreement is reached, the cancellation
policy, as set out in the terms
and conditions document, will apply.
Step
3: Delivery
Once
we have reached agreement the ball is in my court, and I will
take the necessary steps to ensure that I stick to my
guarantee and that you are provided
with an excellent service.
